So called hard line far right extremist SCOTUS to GOP:

Stay out of kids bathrooms!!!

"WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to take up a major transgender rights case, leaving in place a lower court's ruling that a Virginia public school board acted unlawfully in preventing a transgender student from using a bathroom at his high school that corresponded with his gender identity.

The justices opted not to hear the Gloucester County School Board's appeal of a 2020 ruling by the Richmond-based 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that transgender student Gavin Grimm is protected under the federal law that bars sex discrimination in education, known as Title IX, and the U.S. Constitution's requirement that people be treated equally under the law. The 4th Circuit ruling does not set a national legal precedent."

Where's the problem with small government Republicans wanting to do a genital check on children before they use the bathroom?

At least it isn't critical race theory.

Think of all the dollars spent educating those Supreme Court justices all so they could come up with legal reasons not to deal with real issues but to punt them down field.

Where did I hear about leaders being put in a pit in the ground and locked in till they came up with a binding compromise that settled their differences. Partisanship concerns on the court turn them into cowards but the robes and the fancy titles give them great solemnity. They may be one-eyed Jacks, Dad, but I seen Kavanough's face when he was crying in his beer and complaining about how victimized he felt. What we really needed was justice from a childish ego.
