So Bush falls off his bike, and Kerry makes snide remark

Kerry said "'Did the training wheels fall off?'" to reporters inregards to Bush falling off his bike today. Maybe I missed it but I dont recall Bush making negative remarks when Kerry fell down while snow boarding, or when he fell of his bike earlier this month.
