I'm still debating between those 2 mobo, and I seems to get good and bad reviews for both of them. Any final suggestions before i pull the plug?

I favor the MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum if you've got the money to spend on features.

just got the Epox so I am biased but so far so good...and a great price also
