He's not carrying a backpack away from the scene. I watched some of the video unfortunately and it's just a blurry picture that some nutter enlarged and went all conspiracy nutjob on. I really think I am a little dumber and lost that much more faith in humanity for visiting this thread.

OK so I caved and actually watched the video and that is just laughably insane. So what is painfully obvious to be Dzhokar's elbow is his backpack, and the supposed Blackwater guy has the the backpack on, from a picture that was taken AFTER the bombing happened where they were standing beside a police vehicle, did it because in another later picture he didn't have it, even though it doesn't even look like the same guy.

The only real question here is where is the video of the brothers laying the bombs down and them going off, without any editing. That is the only real proof...but as we've seen the videos get edited, the pictures are filtered, etc. National Security, sinkhole, freedom.

It's clear from the pic this whole video is based on that we are seeing Tsarnaev's elbow, not his backpack.

Dzokhar Tsarnaev's actual backpack was white or light gray, and would be readily apparent in the first photo if he were still carrying it.
