Do you not break down into tears when you cry?
Well, I'm a real man. I don't break down in tears. When I feel sad I only cry on the inside.
Plus I still don't know what "bawling my eyes out" really means.

The English language is really a wonderful means of expression and communication. You should try to attempt to learn it at some point. Activities that can increase your proficiency in English include speaking English and reading English. Both of these can be enjoyed in practically any environment that you may find yourself in. Give it a try, you may even surprise yourself.
P.S. If you have trouble finding things to read in English, you might want to try a library. A library is a repository of devices called books that are devoted to the dissemination of information and knowledge via reading.
So "bawling one's eyes out" means crying or breaking down in tears?
If you actually had to define what a library is to someone, the language that you used to describe it would be way over the persons level of understanding.

An excellent point good sir and upon further reflection I must agree whole-heartedly. I think then, that it would be infinitely more demonstrative to provide an illustrative guide. To that effect I have painstakingly reproduced the following etching for our mentally afflicted friend.

Superlative work my friend. Your use of scarlet crimson for the eyes only further extends the excellent narrative qualities of the image. Dare I suggest that they are blood red from bawling his eyes out over the sheer joy of being introduced to the world of literacy?
"Bawling your eyes out" has been around for decades
