And it's at $117.50 with 4 hours to go lol...

I figured I'd maybe get $30 for it, but nope, $117.50 so far.

here's the auction

And yes, I know I spelt 2 things wrong in the auction description haha.

This is great though!

I'm sure paypal will rape me with fees when the buyer pays for the item...

BTW, this was the first item I've put up on ebay so it was definitely a good start.

2.9%+30 centers....should be about 4-5 bucks.

Thanks for the info Chuckywang...

Even with the ebay and paypal fees I should still probably make over $100

What's funny is I was going to throw it away about 3 weeks ago

I might actually only charge the real price for shipping... The only reason I put $20.00 as shipping was I didn't want to get burned in case the item didn't do very well.

Yeah, there's 18 people watching it...

And it started out with a starting price of $9.99, so it wasn't like I had them start out at $50

I'm curious to see what it ends up getting...

This is even better than winning at the casino 😛

I must say ebay is incredibly addicting. I don't know why I didn't get into it earlier, but I can imagine I'm going to be doing a lot more of it...

Sweet deal!

I was thinking of throwing out my old Ford radio(I put a Sony CD/receiver in it's place) but now am thinking I need to start ebaying too! 😀

That'd be a good idea Crazyfool. Just look up Ford Radio and see if someone's selling your model and see what they're getting for it.

I did some researching, as I've got a dodge intrepid radio/cassette player and was going to put that up on ebay but so many people have them up there it wasn't even worth it to list it.

I am however trying to list a radio for my old chevy pickup, although I don't think anyone will bid on it or if they do that I'll get very many bids. But hey, at least it gets it out of your house and a little money so what the hell right?

Wow, you're gonna make out like a bandit. WhyTF wouldn't you just buy a cheap but most likely better aftermarket doubledin radio instead?

It's out of my 1996 chevy blazer lol... If you didn't believe me, I could take a picture of it... it's dark green with ugly tan interior.

Anyways, BrokenVisage, I was asking myself the same thing. I haven't used the thing in a while but when I had it, it worked fine but really wasn't something that if it broke I'd try to find the exact replacement. I'd just buy a new one to put in it.

I can't wait when an thread pops up a few weeks later that says "Somebuy scammed me out of my old car stereo... stupid paypal".

But good luck.

Eh, even if they scammed me out of it, I basically was going to throw it out not that long ago...

I think it'll be alright though, so far most of the buyers have had great feedback, but we'll have to see who wins...

I'm pretty sure it'll stay stuck at 127.50 though... I don't know who's going to want to spend any more than that for the darn thing...
