Decline payment from unconfirmed paypal acct. Email the dummy and ask him/her to send payment again from confirmed addy.

One time one of my auctions ended like that. Tended to be some old man who didn't really know what it meant, so I walked him through the process (told him how to confirm his address through a bank account) and then once it was confirmed, he sent me the payment and I sent him his item.

I guess normally i'd be kind of annoyed, but I wasn't in a rush for the money and felt a little good for helping someone instead of brushing them off and relisting.
