This page is a summary of scores and will be updated every few hours.

*** Below $150 class ***
X1300PRO 256 MB vs 6600GT 128 MB = winner is 6600GT

6600GT's outstanding benchies:
1. http://www.hardwarezone.com/articles/view.php?cid=3&id=1723&pg=8
2.
3.

*** Below $400 class ***
X1800XL 256 MB vs 7800GT 256 MB = winner is...

... outstanding benchies:
1.
2.
3.

*** Below $500 class ***
X1800XT 256 MB vs 7800GTX 256 MB = winner is...

... outstanding benchies:
1.
2.
3.

Note: video cards are matched according to their street price. It's terribly silly to compare MSRP with street prices. Most things never sell close to MSRP, especially at online shops. Outstanding benchmarks cannot include Doom 3 or Half-Life 2.

Lol, I thought some site broke the NDA early and launched the benchmarks for us, but apparently, its nothing more then this guy trolling.

Got me excited for a few seconds.

shouldn't we compare X1600XT against 6600GT :?

well i think it should be >

X1300PRO vs 6600
X1600pro vs 6600GT
X1600XT vs 6800
X1800XL vs 7800GT
X1800XT vs 7800GTX

well that how it should go

anyways enthusasatic should buy a Sapphire X800GTO and mod it.

So is ATi's big party happening tonight and the benches should show up sometime early tomorrow, or is it taking place tomorrow?

Ah, ignore him. He has an agenda and anxious to get started. Man, some people are so terribly easy to read.

:p But the X1300 Pro beats the 6600 non-GT and will cost $150, less than what you would pay for a 6600 GT at BestBuy! :p

Yah, but nobody in this forum buys from Best Buy do they? I mean, I sincerely hope not. ;)

Outstanding benchmarks cannot include Doom 3 or Half-Life 2.

So then the game is to just count the benchmark with the biggest difference, and then that decides everything? The other benchmarks don't look too bad for the wrong competitor

no one in this forum, but if the online people discount the 6600GT from $200 to $150, i imagine they'd also discount the x1300 as well. maybe from $150 to $120 or $110. even the regular 6600 is $180 at retail

the 6200 is almost as bad
and yet, people obviously still buy the 6200 at $150 and not spend the $30 to get the 6600.

newegg discounts that PNY from $120 to $72

so, malG, what does it feel like to be a worthless troll?
