I seriously have a bend in my nexus 5. I never use a case and keep it in my front pocket. I've recently noticed that it will not sit flat screen side down like my wife's nexus 5. So somehow, somewhere, I slightly bent my nexus 5.

Scandals tend to stick in people's minds. Some unscrupulous marketing department will decide it's a good idea to take advantage. I would guess the most mainstream won't risk getting on Apple's bad-side to make a quick buck though.

Is it still that bad? =-O I haven't updated my 5S from the last iOS7 release. I do have 8.1 on my iPad but haven't noticed anything bad.
