How does that happen ? Here we are being forced to pay higher prices because each barrel costs more. Fine. Then how come the difference is so great between us and someone like them if it's not all on taxes/profits ? They're saying our prices are NECESSARY. And Norway wants to know how we get it for $3 when they pay like $6 now... Hard to compare across national borders.
