I just ran out of the 3 codes I bought 3 years ago at $39.99 I think. Anyone has links to similar priced deals?
 
The best deals I see are not as good as the $40 deal you mentioned. CDKeys.com has a 12+3month code for $56 and 12months for $43. Couldn't find anything really good via ebay either.

Might have to wait for Black Friday deals to be announced if you aren't in a hurry.
