Long story short, a few days ago a left my computer on and left my room for ~15 mins. When i come back, the room smells like smoke, so i turn my computer (which is still running fine) off. Lo and behold, i try to remove the power supply but some of the wires leading to the mobo are melted and the power connector is fused to the socket, and theres some black melted crap on the plug. I finally get it out, and the plug is black and melted on a few pins, and on the mobo, the corresponding pin sockets are melted. Thee are, however, no burn marks on any part of the mobo itself. I already bought a new mobo, but is there any way i could get this fixed, or any place that buys stuff liek this? Feel free to laugh at me too, for I am the owner of a combustible computer (at least I didn't throw water on it 😉)
