I've had an account for a few months on myphotoalbum.com and yesterday I posted some pictures and video to the account with no problems. I then posted the link to a message board and other people saw them as well. Today I went to log on and it said my account had been closed. I contacted customer service and they're telling me they closed my account last week and that I never uploaded those pictures and video yesterday. They even called me a liar.

Is there any way I can get documentation or records to prove that I uploaded these files to that specific site? They have also given my user name and account to someone else now. I'm so mad. I just want to prove that I did upload these files yesterday so I can get my account back. Thanks for your help.
 
Have no idea WTF you're talking about. I have my own domain and host for pics and videos. *shrug*
 
Sounds like someone else has hijacked your account and they believe this other person is you. Got anything in your internet history, cache, etc?
 
Yes I still have the files, but they closed my account today and gave it to someone else. The tech support people are saying they closed the account because I never uploaded anything and I did yesterday. I'm trying to prove that I did somehow so I can get my account back and prove to them that I uploaded these files.

Why don't you create a new account and upload the files again?

Yeah I could do that, but honestly it's more of a pride issue because the jerk in customer support called me a liar and said I never uploaded ANYTHING to the account. I want to send him proof that I did. I even sent him the link to the account I posted on another message board yesterday with the upload I had made. People even commented on what I had uploaded. Still called me a liar.

i would hate to see how you react to things in real life. I mean, come on, a pride issue because some guy over the phone called you a liar???????
