Im graduating with a BA in Business Admin / Global Business, but i dont want to get started in a field if I'm only gonna be there for a year.

I've thought about backpacking across europe, but since I was there last semester I dont see my parents going for that anytime soon...

Any ideas?

You could get a job and make some money. Not a career, but something to keep you occupied.

Travel.

Try to get out a see some of this great country before they shackle you to a desk and make you wait a year or more before you get a two week vacation.

Did you get into law school yet? Maybe do somthing related to a law degree so you can get a leg up during your classes.

If I was in your shoes and single, I'd obviously want to travel all sorts of places (Australia is #1 on my list.) But it might also be fun to temporarily live somewhere exotic like in the Caribbean (or some place like that) and work a part-time job at some place like a bar or something since you probably won't have the chance to work in that type of environment again for a long time.

i agree with travel. coming from someone who is now working and is married and probably won't take any extended vacation for a long time take advantage of the free time now.

if you need to make money you can do what my buddy did and work a bit in another country. he bartended in london for 6 months then backpacked across europe for the other 6 months.

I strongly suggest, if you can find it, that you take some writing classes that will help you with the law school exams.

The writing is nothing like I've done before (I was a Business Finance Major) and the time constraint just kills you. I know there are a bunch of companies that do it for 1st years, but I don't know if there are any for people like you.

Good luck..

Get the hell out of the US!

Take the time to travel and see the world.

Most likely after this year off you will never have another year to do it...
