So about when are we gonna start seeing DDR SDRAM?

You can already by DDR RAM, at least over the net. It's just a little hard to find and no motherboards are out yet..

There will be 1GHz, 1.13Ghz, and 1.2GHz and above Athlon using the 133/266FSB.
