Is she? She always seemed more like what I'd just call 'voluptuous' or whatever. By model standards, she would be pretty into the 'plus sized' area. But she's just not a stick. Big boobs, wide hips and all that.

With camera angles, it's easier to make a ludicrous bust look proportionate than it is to make a ludicrous butt look right. All you have to do is avoid shots that include anything below the hips, really. It's easy to control your image when most people will never see you in person and don't pay attention to paparazzi photos or videos.

Still, generally being more forgiving about one than the other seems to be up to arbitrary cultural and personal tastes.

...now I can't unsee it. The women showing off their big butts are bent forward at such a severe angle, with some kinda practiced scoliosis-back to make it look like they're not doing it.

I mean, some women are just freaks. But the above does explain who their seems to be "2010s ass" a la "70s boobs".
