So a Special Agent of some sorts walks into the place where I work...

... which is a small advertising agency (8 people, on the top floor of a 3-story building) and asks us if he can use a certain window in the corner. This corner faces an intersection outside. We say yes... for some reason, and then he walks back outside.

A minute later he comes in hauling a large case and he's with two more men.

*fast forward*

He's a friggin sniper with the government! He set up shop and had the two agents guarding him so none of us could bother him or distract him. Dick Cheney is in town and had a scheduled appearance right outside.

LoL, actually yes it can. He'd probably be locked up. You can't threaten the President or Vice President, and they'd probably assume that as a threat.

I'm sure they do, but our rooftop is insanely steep. It's like a weird, modern new building with a rooftop that always makes me think of a stingray when I look at it. I don't think it would be safe at all to be perched up there.
