So a laptop comes in today with a bullet hole in it...

Looks okay to me. Just clean it out, replace the keyboard and it's good to go (Dell keyboards are usually about $60 from their Sales and Services department). You could also replace the screen bezel but good luck getting them to ship you just the single piece and not the entire LCD component.
 
If it wasn't for this damn war W started that computer would never ever had to have suffered being shot. Please think about the computers.
 
Apparently there isn't a part of the motherboard in that area of the case, or at least not an important part...

That thing looks beat to all hell! I'm surprise the screen works and it boots! I guess those laptops are more durable than I thought.
