So. 775 with adjustable fans?

Hi,
I would like to get a motherboard where I can control at least two fans (one for the case fan, one for hard drive fan(s)) in addition to the CPU-fan, preferably with a tool like Speedfan.

Other welcome factors are:

• RAID-5

• 2 PCIe x16 (or x16 and x4)

• good OCing

I would appreciate any suggestions on the subject.
