So 3dfx is toast, what about the Linux drivers?

Whoa! pr0n links, where are they? anyway back to the question, the drivers used to be on linux.3dfx.com but not anymore.Don't worry, all you need is a CVS client (Concurrent Version Systems) found on www.cvshome.org and point it at cvs@dri.sourceforge.net to get the source, compile and you should be able to use your 3dfx hw,also don't forget to get glide from cvs@glide.sourceforge.net.You might want to check mailing lists on dri's site, not sure if news.3dfx.com is still alive.

BTW, the 3dfx linux developement is dead (PI no longer works on them due to 3dfx cutting the funds)...

Here are the links

dri.sourceforge.net
glide.sourceforge.net
www.xfree86.org (xfree 4.0.2 has support for 3dfx voodoo's 3,4,5 cards and binaries are available)

Hope this helps.
