snyc folders over network

what's the best program that you know of to sync folders over a network? i'm wanting to keep my music folder synced on another computer.

if possible i'd like one that would keep a complete clone of the 'master' folder.. meaning if i delete a file on the master it would delete it on the synced computer to.. if that's possible.

also it doesn't have to monitor the folders.. i'm fine with just opening the program whenever i want them synced and pressing a button. cause i don't want it monitoring the folders and slowing the computers down.

Syncback (the free version works fine) and Synctoy both will do this easily.

I use Synctoy profiles to backup data to my external hard drive. Each profile copies only left to right, meaning that the source data is mirrored on the external drive.
