I'll be flying in Thursday night to SLC if anyone wants to meet up and split lodging costs. Most slopes are pushing 100"+....so conditions should be pretty decent if the weather stays cold enough in the next 2 weeks.

If anyone thinks they can make it, pm me for details.

Snow should be great. The mountains got pounded the last couple of nights and it's supposed to continue for a couple more days.

dang. if i were still single without kids i would go.

last time i went to snowbird it dumped 1.5 feet of fresh and they opened up the back bowl, which was closed in the morning, just as i was riding up in the lift.

I'll probably be going to the Canyons ski resort on the 17th, and maybe the 15th as well.

GRRR i'm busy that weekend, otherwise, I'm super tempted to go. I use any excuse to go boarding. I'd prefer the not-so-crowded brianhead though? but not worth the drive from SLC i'm assuming..especially how they close off a lot of the roads around there when a storm hits.

I'll probably hit Snowbird one day and spend the other two at Brighton. A 3 day SLC Super Pass can be had for $135 through travelocity.

You should see if you can get the Park City tourist ticket, free ticket to Park City, Deer Valley or the Canyons for the day you fly in on.

Delta used to give a free pass to snowbird I think on the day you arrive. Unfortunately, I don't get in that day until 7pm. I'm flying from TN, so I didn't want to eat up half of the day travelling and trying to make it to the slopes.

I just booked my hotel and rental car...so things are set. :D
