Snowboarders, need some help

I started snowboarding last year, and I love it.
I'm gonna get myself a board and now i'm wondering if there is anything bad about
step in/clip on bindings.
and is there a board brand named SIMS?
any good?


also is there a website where it tell you how to take care a board? ie: waxing?
