Snow on Monitor after Registry Restoration

I had to restore the registry on my XP system, and now the video is failing me. I boot up and get the XP loading screen. After it is finished, I only get snow on the monitor. I don't see how it can show the XP loading screen and not anything else if the video drivers are corrupt. Anyways, I cannot boot into safe mode, or last working configuration, or anything. Any help is appreciated.
