Snow in Seattle Once Again!

Supposed to keep snowing until 4 or 5 PM, I guess. Took Kate to work this morning @ 5:45; it was beautiful outside. 😀

haha rich boy. i used to live up there, TONS of snow, really different that seattle weather.
 
My boss called this morning and said we were closed. I have 5 kids at home! Im trapped !!!!!!
 
I usually don't mind the snow. But today snow really suck because I have to fly out this evening. Hopefully it will stop around 3 or so.
 
Yay - happy to have a snow day - for once I have time to post!

Most McChord Air Force Base personnel are directed not to report today due to inclement weather. However, emergency and mission essential personnel are still to report on time.

BTW can't you get into lakemont going aorund the other side through newcastle?

Being the genius that I am, yesterday I went ahead to try drive up the lakemont boulevard with my pos corolla......
Horrible idea it was, I was stuck in the middle of the hill.
Some guy with a jeep was trying to push me up but I ended up overworking the engine.
White smoke was coming out and I knew I was screwed.
Cops came over asked if I have a cellphone, I said yes, and he told me to call tow truck and left.
I waited for the engine to cool down a bit and somehow managed to do a 180 on the hill.
Drove back down and got my ass back to my friend's home.
Not going to drive in the snow AGAIN, lesson learned.
