snoring..what to do???...sigh

i never started to snore before this year..it was until after this nasty nasty nasty flu that i got this snoring problem....

it's bugging my roommate..it's distrupting my sleep..i hate it...it's not super loud ..but annoying...my dad video taped me while i was sleeping...

he never saw me snore b4 and thought it was funny to video tape me snoring ..

was enough lining in my breathing tube worn out from the flu that the healing process messed it up somehow?..

because i can feel my nose getting semi clogged everytime i go to sleep (even w/o having a cold or flu or allergy)
help!

my roomate used to snore in a big way even have he had surgery to get it fixed

we would throw shoes and miscellaneous objects at him.


also if we yelled at him to shut up while sleeping he would...

yeah my roommate is doing that to me now...and i roomed w/ him for the last 3 years ...it was only after that stupid stupid flu ...this is truly disruptive...

Breathing strips help some people. My dad stopped snoring after he lost weight. My old roommate didn't snore when he slept on his side...or was it his back?

Maybe your allergic to a pillow or comforter that you are using.

Try those nose spreader things that football players use. I've used em' in the past and it helped.......:sun:

I probably need one of those... I always have problems with my nose being stuffed up, and it's not like I have a cold all the time. I mainly snoore when lying on my back when I sleep, and it's so common that my wife has gotten used to it. I hope the baby doesn't mind when he gets here!
