EDIT: I have mixed feelings about mandatory salary caps. On one hand, they are a knee jerk reaction, and those are seldom the smartest solution. On the other hand, I'd much prefer more highly trained agents to having the ones we have worn out, dog tired and missing their families. On the other hand, protective agents at that level take years to train up. On the other hand, we aren't likely to soon have another President requiring the resources that Trump (oops, Freudian slip
Rump) demands. One needs a lot of hands to hold Trump's awesomeness.
