SNL has gone about as downhill as it can go. The skits are dumb, and any humor that does exist is beaten to death on skits that are tooooo long.

I thought tonight's episode was hilarious. The doll show was great, the Mick Jagger/Jimmy Fallon sketch was comedy gold, a kangaroo reaming Wil Farrell from behind left me on the floor, and of course Weekend Update was quality comedy, as usual. I think the show is doing great.

PHIL HARTMAN???? You're referring to PHIL HARTMAN as "um the other guy"? He was the funniest, most underappreciated actor in Hollywood. And he was Troy McClure, one of the greatest Simpsons characters. Give the poor man some respect.

i know.. i know ihad a brain fart but yea, that era was the best. too bad they didn't all survive i'm not sure theres a current equivalent on todays cast most of em suck, cept for that tall white guy
