SNL nails the debate again

SNL is getting their highest ratings since the gift that kept on giving in 2008 was on the ticket as VP.

When your last hope is to openly campaign on a platform of "we want to depress as many voters as possible so they don't go vote" you should not be surprised at being mocked relentlessly.

I am going to miss SNL if Trump is elected president. Also, going to feel sad about Lorne Michaels and Alec Baldwin being summarily sent to prison :(

Seems to me that it's getting a little old/tired already. Probably because it's just too easy to lampoon a guy that essentially lampoons a caricature of himself every time he opens his mouth. The best part of this week's SNL effort was the real Trump's reactions.

Actually--the Trump ladies music video was awesome.

My two favorite parts were stalker Trump wandering in and out of frame behind Clinton, and Clinton awkwardly approaching the person in the town hall who asked a question.

I thought the actual debate was funnier. Trump looked like he was stalking her and the facial expression from the audience was hilarious.

it is just ridiculously easy to get under drumpf's skin. how many presidents or candidates have they lampooned over 40 years?
be that big brave alpha you pretend to be donny, be that man.

The music video was great, I loved the Baldwin Jaws lurking also though.

Well... He hasn't threatened to sue them or throw them in jail if elected so that's progress right?

It's interesting to compare him to a real president like Obama. That guy has taken attacks of every kind, the craziest kind, and moved on with his agenda. He never got distracted by the crazies.

It's both funny and sad how desperately Trump tries to be as strong as Obama is.

SNL political skits are almost always excellently done. I still think back to the Palin rap which makes me ROFL every time I watch it.

so presidential to tweet about comedy sketches like a bitchy whiner. you are going to have a lot more to deal with as president. the guy is just not fit for office.

Anyone that wants a vision of what a Trump presidency would be like, just look at Chechnya president, Ramzan Kadyrov. This is exactly what Trump would be. And this is what the US would look like.

I can't believe anyone could read his twitter page and think "There is a guy that should be president."

Never liked SNL, but their presidential election skits are really good. The political satire in the past few months has been the only solace during this election.

Trump doesn't have a cat though...

As for the SNL skits they are fantastic.
It's hilarious that for decades SNL has spoofed every President and every Presidential candidate and, to the best of my recollection, not a single one has had an issue with it. Hell, Palin even went on the show and they were BRUTAL to her. But old Donald thinks this is too much and stomps his feet.

You are correct in that Alec Baldwin was super cold to her in the show opening with his comments in the hallway.
