Snipping Tool. Looks cool but how do I use it?

Hi all,
Just got my first tablet pc yesterday, I am very excited and still exploring around the software. One of the cool software is called the Snipping Tool which lets you snip anywhere on the screen and send it to your buddy. I figure out the snipping part but how do I send it? I was thinking of sending them through instant messenger but that was a no go. Then I try to send through email, still no go. What gives...what am I doing wrong?
