Tablet PC features must be enabled. Basically, it makes taking screenshots of your desktop ridiculously easy.
 
Yep, it's pretty sweet. Used to be a separate download for XP Tablet PC I think, but they included it in the Vista SKUs that support Tablet (everything except Home Basic).
 
And it works very well - I use it frequently enough to place the icon in my Q/L area.

At first, I deleted the tablet functions - no tablet, right? I lost the Snipper. So, back goes the tablet. It's worth it.
