Well suing Bushmaster is stupid, but thier is good evidence that the guns store lost that gun or allowed Williams to just walk out of the store with it. In my opinion you lose a weapon, then someone else can use it and you need to be held liable for that negligence. Look at the penaltys for misplacing a weapon in the military for example.
