I've never heard of this website . . . . but who knows?

 

Actually, my mum told me about this event just about 30 mins ago. And as far as I know, her source was not a U.K. news source. Hence, I do think it's a true account of what happened.

I don't know what to make of it. But it is clear that this young man has too many issues and is more than unruly. Nonetheless, it's the job of the law enforcement officer's to restrain him.
