Sniper Elite 3 Graphical Corruption

Hi. I have Steam version of Sniper Elite 3 and it's fully updated. In game some artifacts are happening. Flickering textures, z-figthing, some screen tearing(even V-SYNC is on) etc. I recorded a video aout that:

I have R9 270X GPU and i tried catalyst 14.7, 14.6 and 14.4 whql. Not worked. changing graphics detail. Not worked too.

My system is:AMD FX-6300, ASUS M5A97 R2.0 with last BIOS update, Corsair 2x4 GB DDR3 1600 Mhz CL9 RAM, ASUS R9 270X DirectCU2 TOP, Corsair cx-750 PSU,, Win 8.1 Pro, default Catalyst Control Center Settings.

U having problem only in this game?if not than u should 14.8 driver version.

14.8 WHQL is only for APUs.

In Warface i have similar problems with 14.7. When i turned back to 14.4 whql wolfenstein has artifacts.
