Yes Carter has improved and matured, but he's never going to a quality starting QB. Hell put in Tony Romo, and I bet he can do just as good of job.

Im starting to think Dallas should have just kept Emitt around for one more season. Im sorry but for all the bitching Hambrick did the past three years, he just sucks ass, and hes had a much better O-line to run behind.
