Our antivirus software has detected a large ammount of viruses outgoing
from your email account, you may use our free anti-virus tool to clean up
your computer software.

Further details can be obtained from attached file.

For security purposes the attached file is password protected. Password is "88232".

I know all about not opening the zip files. I am just amused by the e-mail from myself warning me of it while trying to infect myself...
