Of course I didn't read the entire offer (which you should always do). Unfortunately this came in my wife's name, not mine 
I missed the most important part, the first paragraph.
You must make at least $100 in purchases within the first 90 days to qualify for 0% APR balance transfer until 2/05 with no balance transfer fees and no annual fees.
Sneaky bastards!
I recently paid off a 15 months @ 0% Balance Transfer offer. So I called CitiBank, asked them to close my account, they asked why I said Chase is offering me 0% for 6 months. They transferred me to their retention department who matches Chase's offer and is sending me a check for $2,000
It took me a whopping 2 minutes to get that 0% for 6 months on an existing account
