sndsys.inf ECS k7s5a error

A friend of mine bought a ECS k7s5a system for their work. Their old information was put onto the new hard drive and apparently in the process the sound card drivers were lost. When they try and reinstall them, they get an error saying it can't copy from sndsys.inf file or something like that. What is that file and how do I replace it? Any help?
