Snd Blaster Audigy Problem

I am having problem setting my sound card to use 4 speakers. Actually I can't even set it to 4 speakers in AudioHQ cause the list of speakers doesn't show up whenever I click it. All I get is 2 speaker option. Anyone face the same problem? Anyway to fix it?
