Discuss with pole.
Even though they are both awesome, I voted Snatch because it is slightly superior in story and cinematography.

Why do you need the comma after OR? I thought you were talking about some town named Snatch Oregon...

Snatch had much better character development and a better story line, IMO. LSATSB was a bit incoherent.

snatch. for me. but my cousin has a theory, and im wondering if its true. he said if you watched 'snatch.' first, you prefer it over 'lock, stock'. and if you watched the latter first, then you would prefer it over 'snatch.'. anybody else feel that way?

LSATSB was slightly more understandable than the ridiculous accents in Snatch. But I like Snatch better for the story and characters.

Hmm, I think your cousin is right. I watched Snatch and then watched LSATSB hoping for more of the same.

I haven't seen RocknRolla - more like which one of the first two?

Because he dodges fucking bullets!

Lock Stock was a nice first, but Snatch was way more polished. Great movies.

Do I really have to choose?

I went with Snatch. I couldn't decide at first because I like both movies about equally but in the end I went with the fact that, "in real life", I prefer snatch over guns.

It's so close, but I actually prefer LS&2SB over Snatch, even though I saw Snatch first. I enjoyed LS&2SB more because it was a bit more goofy.

Now that I think of it...there are just so many more memorable lines and characters from Snatch. I seriously can't think of one character name from LS&2SMB or even a line from it.

But I can name close to a dozen characters and recite half the lines from Snatch.

The defining quality of an awesome picture: Is it quotable?

I haven't seen Lock, Stock...
but I loved Snatch.

I finally saw Rock n Rolla recently. A lot of people said it was pretty similar but fell a little short of Snatch, but I found it offered a fresh experience. The rocker had some great screen time, his scenes are what I refer to when I say it had a "fresh" experience. Just the feel of the film when his character is the focus.

However, most of the rest of the film I'd say does feel pretty similar to Snatch. Didn't enjoy it less because of that fact though, and I do prefer Snatch more.

But I thoroughly enjoyed Rock n Rolla for sure.

Haven't seen Snatch but I really loved Lock stock! And I don't much care for Brat Pit even at his best most of the time.
