Snap Server 4200 Limiting Connections

I have a NAS snap server 4200 1TB server on a P2P network running WinXP PRO.

We have 10 computers and 2 laptops connected.

Lately, just recently we started having connection failures with the error saying that the connection is maxed to its limit.

On all computers, I have mapped drives to the Snap Server. This has never been an issue, but now is an issue almost daily.

I know XP SP2 initiated a max of 10 connections, but the snap server doesnt run on Windows XP. What would cause this to happen?

I also cant seem to access the snap server via the admin page.

I dont know if the two are connected, but any help is appreciated.

Isnt there a reset button that will reset defaults but keep the data? It has been awhile since I have used a snap server but have you tried that?

Have you tried rebooting it? Also what did SNAP say when you called them?

There is a reset button i think, but if I cant get into it, and I reset it, I am afraid I wont be able to change the IP address to access it.

Snap appliance was sold, and the item doesnt show up on the new companies website, nor can I find information for it.

I was hoping someone had knowledge first hand.
