Snaked a Casio TRYX EX-TR100 black for $77

I don't even know much about digital cameras. All I needed one for is for taking an occasional photo here and there and on the very very rare occurrence I take a vacation. Micro Center was selling their display models and had this one listed at $77.96. It has a few scrapes around the metal body, but other than that it looks great. Is this a good camera?

Here is one reviewer who didn't like it at full price. At $77, it looks pretty neat.

The Tryx is for cameras what a flick-knife is for knives: it tries to look all big and clever, but is ultimately pointless if you could buy a better, sharper one somewhere else for even less money. Swanky though it may appear, this is a one Tryx pony with little appeal bar its conceptual prowess.
