Snake skins found in crawl space

We are moving into a house that we just rented and Dish Network was out setting up today.

Anyway when the installer came out of the crawl space he told us there were a few snake skins under the house, and he also saw a few dead mice (their bones). The installer said it wasn't a big deal and he saw it all the time. What I was wondering is if it is normal. I'm only planning on living here for a few months, but the thought of snakes under my floors is not something I want to think about. I just hope they don't find a way into the house.

Is there anything I should do? He didn't actually find a snake, just some skins and mice bones.

It's normal if you have a freaking snake under your house!!!

Never found one under my last house that had a large craw space.

I suppose it depends where you live though. No poisonous snakes around here.
