Hello All.
Two months ago, I had problems turning my computer back on. It seemed as though it had shorted. It would either turn right back off within a second or it would get as far as detecting my array and crash. I gave the computer a few days off and it corrected itself and all has been well until I turned my computer off before Winter break (3 weeks ago). When I tried turning it back on, no go. Same problems. And its not looking like it will pull through.
My suspicion is that the power supply is shot, or very close to it. I hope that nothing more is involved (i.e. motherboard). If you agree, what power supplies are still compatible with my system? I see there are two options from Shuttle?
Seems to be virtually discontinued:

And more available/newer:
http://www.mwave.com/mwave/vie...a=BA25175&RSKU=BA25175
Neither of them list the SN85G4 as compatible. So.. are they? If not, what is?
And if you think the problem is greater than the power supply alone? do you have any suggestions?
Anything and everything would be appreciated.
My system specs are:
AMD Athlon 64 bit 3200+
1G RAM
ATI HD2600PRO
37.5Gb Raptor HD
80Gb Maxtor HD
Thanks again.
