SN85G4 Jumper Settings?

Hey, I know this question might be a little bit elementary, but I haven't had a problem until now. I initially had a 80gb WD hard drive in without any problems. But I recently installed a 200gb WD IDE hard drive. I installed windows without problems, but sometimes when I start my computer, my computer acts as if I do not have an operating system at all. It loads the NVIDIA Boot Utility. Sometimes windows loads fine and other times it just shows the NVIDIA Boot Utility. I am thinking it may have to do with my jumper settings. Could somebody please tell me what jumper settings I should be using for my IDE hard drive and CD-rom?
