SN41G2 Network Drive Problem...

I've all but given up on this one.

I recently built a SNG41G2 box. I have about 4 network drives mapped to it. The problem is, after a while, they just disconnect by themselves and I get the disconnected drive icon. I can still browse to the drive no problem, but other programs don't recognize it.

Any ideas what could cause this?
