SN25P Overclocking / Latest Bios...

On the Anandtech review it shows a limited overclock, and everywhere I go shows the same, however it did a smallllllll update saying it has got hold of a new bios and this helped.

Any more info?
Anyone got this and overclocked? If so whats it like?
Quite a lot of fans... are they standard size / can be swapped? Is it needed?
