SN25P (FN25V MB) AMD64 Venice 3000 OC & Settings

Ok... just had my first OC experience and have a question.

My system is a Shuttle SN25P Socket 939 system running an AMD 64 3000+ Venice core.
RAM is 1GB (2x512) Registered Dual Channel Samsung OEM DDR400

I've OC'd to stable settings and need opinion which is better
1st setting: 2070MHz running RAM at 200MHz
2nd setting: 2250MHz running RAM at 166MHz
3rd setting: 2701MHz running RAM at 100MHz.

What setting is better? The faster Memory speed? or the Faster CPU with half the memory speed.

with those options it's hard to say, but I'd go with option 2. The RAM is way underclocked for the 3rd setting.

Can you try relaxing the memory timings with option 2 to get closer to 200 MHz on the RAM?
