SMP In Windows 2000.

I have a Windows 2000 Server, which was loaded with a single CPU. I have now purchased a second CPU for the board. Is there an easy way to enable SMP without re-loading Windows 2000.

Please any help would be very thankful.

Thanks.

You can safely change computer type in Device Manager. Just don't change the ACPI setting from what it's now set at - ACPI change should be done with a repair install.
