Did you set up the burning program to burn an ISO to a usable disk?

ISO is not bootable or readable without special software.

ISO is a compression format for disks, BTW.

I have no idea how much you know about this so I will just throw it all out there for ya. If you want to do ISO's then you can't just burn em like a data CD. You need to open up NERO (cancel out of the wizard) and then click on File, and then on Burn Image halfway down. Choose your ISO file and burn as normal. I made plenty of coasters until I figured that out (help file wasn't too helpful).

Use nero classic and choose File->"Burn Image" then select the iso file and use the default options to burn it should work!!
